This week we went for funny guys and the first horse we worked was Jerry Seinfeld. He is about 16 hands no white whats so ever and is around 15ish years old. Jessie was the CTD today and we do have pictures which Pat will post.

When we got him the broker told he he did not like this horse very much but I thought he was cute walking to the trailer. Seinfeld was very easy to do all the ground stuff with and was easy to tack. Jessie had no problems getting on and he stood still at the mounting block, but he did trot off, no buck just go forward. This horse is quiet the sport and he did do all three gaits. Seinfeld knew what a canter cue was and he did canter really well only playing around a little bit. I do not think this horse is a beginner horse as he does have a bigger motor. I think he would make a good practice horse, or ahorse for better riders. Jessie and I both liked this horse a lot and Jessie said he was fun to ride. Seinfeld did have a lot of personality and seemed to have a sense of humor with his playing around.

cute, pretty coloring. Looks like his legs get dark at the bottom, his tail looks like it has darker in it too.

The dark legs would be mud as we did not get ice we got rain and we have tons of mud. Better than ice but not much.

Oh my gosh oh my gosh oh my gosh he is adorable, and clearly thinks a lot of himself !! He looks like he is full of fun, and once he is worked more he will be an awesome practice horse, FANCY! BTW, what has happened to his tail???

Edited to add: when he was setting up for the second canter I was clucking and then I yelled "Good Boy!" when he took it.. and my husband just looked at me like you are NUTS!!!

Love that video. He took that second canter so well.. and settled right down after he played. Very cute. I hope he can get a new home and special rider soon. I wish we could hear the audio in the videos of Neilia sometimes coaching one of her riders on these guys. I can just imagine her saying, ok, little more leg, play with your bridle, steady, sit back, look up, hupp and so on..

Nealia says very little while Jessie is riding. Most of the time during the last group of videos she was talking to me.

This boy is doing very well. he is one that could go right to work for someone. He WTCs easily has a nice mouth and no issues. Not for beginners but he would be very useful in a lesson program.

I just watched the video for the first time, he really has a cute head set. What a nice lesson/academy (for intermediate riders) horse he would be. It looks like he carries his head and neck that way by himself, or was the rider just making it look easy?

He pretty much sets his head by himself just needs an occasional reminder from his rider.

This is one horse that has IMPROVED with consistent riding. Anne had a wonderful relaxed ride at all three gaits today, I was IMPRESSED.

Wow, this is great news. I liked him in the video too, and am glad to see my confidence in his potential has been validated, and glad that it has happened so quickly too! He must be a genius, maybe his name should be Einstein, LOL.
